A neighborhood staple

Laplace Oakes Sub-Station started as a simple idea: give the community a place where fresh bread and quality groceries share the same roof. No pretense, no markup for markup's sake — just food that tastes like it was made by people who actually live here.

Every morning, our bakers are at work before sunrise. Sourdough, focaccia, croissants, and daily specials rotate with the seasons. The grocery side carries the staples your family needs — plus a few curated picks you won't find at the big-box stores down the road.
